rooftop lounge, PHD Terrace is the new sister property to the
successful PHD Rooftop Lounge at Dream Downtown. Midtown’s latest
hotspot will offer New York's and visitors a wide variety of vibrant
experiences from happy hour to a night out on the town. Come rain or
shine, PHD Terrace is intently designed for partygoers to seamlessly
flow between the outdoor deck and the indoor lounge. Located on the
15th and 16th floors, Terrace is the ideal after work escape with a
spectacular skyline view of Midtown Manhattan, home to some of the
city’s most iconic buildings. Entering the space guests will have
the option of visiting one of two levels: the lower level a more
intimate indoor floor with the upper level being an outdoor rooftop
space with amazing views of Midtown Manhattan and Times Square. Must
