5th Annual Anne Saxelby Legacy Fund Benefit at Chelsea Market

On Thursday, September 17 th , CHELSEA MARKET WILL ONCE AGAIN HOST THE 5 th ANNUAL ANNE SAXELBY LEGACY FUND BENEFIT TO HONOR THE LEGACY OF PIONEERING CHEESEMONGER ANNE SAXELBY. Through a one-night-only culinary event with 130+ of the city’s most acclaimed chefs, artisans, and mixologists – from Carbone to Gramercy Tavern to Le Veau d’Or, guests will have a rare chance to taste dishes from NYC’s hardest-to-book restaurants all under one roof.Proceeds support ASLF’s monthlong paid apprenticeships, which place young adults on sustainable farms to work, learn, and be inspired to create change in their communities.  The ASLF Benefit has given those closest to Anne the opportunity to bring to life one of her dreams of starting a movement to support the workforce behind sustainable food systems.
