Welcome. MEDITATE AND BUILD SANGHA WITH US. Beginners through advanced
meditators welcome. We generally sit in silent meditation for 1/2 hour
followed by a break and then listen to a dharma talk or practice
walking meditation. MEDITATE IN THE STYLE OF YOUR CHOICE. Brief
mindfulness meditation instruction can be provided if needed. We are a
supportive nonjudgmental group.Once in the building come upstairs to
the studio, take off your shoes in the waiting room before entering.
You may want bring a meditation cushion or bolster. Chairs, yoga mats
and back-jacks are provided.
There is no charge for the group but donations are greatly appreciated
to help us cover the costs.
