THE TECHNIQUE AND EMPOWERS YOU TO TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR OWN BODY. Learn
how to use a foam roller and massage balls to release soft tissue
restrictions prior to stretching to increase its pliability and
effectiveness.
In Part 2 of this workshop series, we will teach you how to target,
identify and stretch the major muscle groups in the shoulders, neck
and torso to bring optimal mobility to the upper body that will
enhance everything you do from daily functional activities to athletic
performance.
