===========================================================DESCRIPTION: Learn with CRAIG LARMANTHE CO-creator of LeSS [http://less.works/]in this 3-day highly-participative course. Participants (senior managers, product developers, ...) get a thorough understanding of LeSS [http://less.works/], Large-Scale Scrum, for scaling agile development to many teams working together on one product. In-depth, we explore _adoption, new organizational design, systems thinking & optimization, the role of management_, and very concretely _how to work together in a Sprint at scale in terms of coordination, architecture, planning_, and much more.  Perhaps most importantly and interestingly, this course runs mostly as a series of "at giant whiteboards" deep-thinking exercises involving systems modeling in small teams to explore _why_, so that people can_own_ the ideas by discovering them for themselves, rather than "renting" the ideas. A focus on _why_ and_owning not renting_ are important elements of LeSS and how it's learned, and Craig emphasizes this in the course learning experience. Much of his work is organizational-design consulting with senior-management teams of product groups adopting LeSS. REFUNDS: Attendees can receive a full refund up to 30 days before the event start date.  After that, a participant will be able to receive 50% refund up until 2 weeks before the course.  After 2 weeks cut off time, there will be no refunds offered, as organizers will have their own commitments to costs for each registrants place.  However, a registrant who decides not to attend after the deadline has passed, may look for substitution (someone else to take their place), in which case there will be a refund, minus transaction costs. CANCELLATION BY ORGANIZERS: Organizers reserve a right to cancel the event up to 1 week before its start.  Although unlikely, it could happen if there were not enough registrants to make the course feasible or because of other unexpected/undesirable conditions (e.g. instructor is ill, short notice cancellation by facility).  In such unlikely instance, full refunds will be offered to registrants.  We recommend to all out-of-town registrants to wait until 1 week before the course to book all travel/accommodations that are not refundable.
