L'Apero is an abbreviated term for the aperitif and if there's one
thing to know about the French, they take this pre-dinner drinks very
seriously. Join us in tasting some unique and esoteric French wines
from small producers with typical French bites, while we learn all
about the fascinating "godfather" of wine, in the comfort of a
private space. Itinerary: During this 2 hour experience,
you'll join us at a classic French bistro and staple of the West
Village where you'll taste a selection of different wines originating
from different areas in France, like Loire Valley, Rhone Valley,
Bordeaux, Alsace and more. While French wine can be very
overwhelming to learn in one sitting, we'll focus on natural, organic
and biodynamic wines. We'll venture off-the-beaten-tastings and
discover some new and exciting wines as well as some classics from
different areas of France. We'll dine on some classic dishes, from
delicious French cheeses and charcuteries like warm onion tart, tuna
tartar, goat cheese crouton, artichoke gratin, grilled saucisson,
salads, and more, all perfectly paired with excellent French wines.
