2016-17 NONPROFIT MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP SERIES: FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND
BUDGETING

DESCRIPTION:
This workshop will allow participants to review the components of
financial management of nonprofits: the structure of the accounting
system, the stories that financial statements tell about nonprofits,
control of restricted income, and internal controls to protect the
assets of organizations. Participants will also gain exposure to the
formats of budgets and learn the rudiments of the budgeting process.
Total course hours: 1 session, half day (10:00am - 1:00pm).
