Open Finance, OutRight Action and Deutsche Bank invite to participate in Challenges & Resilience: The Global Impact of COVID-19 on LGBTIQ People and Communities on Thursday, June 4th at 5:00 PM EST. OutRight’s new and groundbreaking report, “Vulnerability Amplified: The Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on LGBTIQ People,” documents the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on LGBTIQ communities around the world. Findings overwhelmingly show that LGBTIQ communities everywhere are suffering disproportionately in comparison to other groups – challenges include food insecurity, disruptions in health care and medication access; increased exposure to family violence; mental health impacts; and threats to organizational survival. Many of these communities are in places where companies operate and have employees.
