Email or phone works best.  WHAT'S THE REFUND POLICY? Seven days advance notice will give you a refund.   DO I HAVE TO BRING MY PRINTED TICKET TO THE EVENT? Only if you paid in cash.   CAN I UPDATE MY REGISTRATION INFORMATION? Yes.  IS MY REGISTRATION FEE OR TICKET TRANSFERRABLE? Yes.  If the tour is more than what you paid for you will have to make up the difference.  IS IT OK IF THE NAME ON MY TICKET OR REGISTRATION DOESN'T MATCH THE PERSON WHO ATTENDS?
