The Tribeca Alliance is a local not-for-profit group of business owners and Tribeca citizens promoting and growing locally-owned businesses and enhancing the vibrant fabric that is our Tribeca neighborhood. All are invited to join Tribeca Alliance at Douglas Elliman on Thursday, February 27th. This is a great opportunity to mingle with other Tribeca businesses and neighbors and learn about the ways that the Tribeca Alliance is working to improve our community. At 6:30 p.m., Douglas Elliman will make a brief presentation on the Tribeca and Downtown Residential Real Estate Market, including a 2019 Recap, 2020 forecast, and how new state laws will impact rental transactions. If you’ve never attended a Tribeca Meet & Greet, now’s the time. We meet at a neighborhood restaurant or business about once a month to exchange ideas, do some networking and have a drink with neighbors.
