StylePointe 2017 Fashion Show during NYFW - Thursday, September 14th

On September 14th, Thursday, from 7:30 p.m., DIXON PLACE is proud to present _StylePointe_, a unique project exploring the relationship between FASHION AND DANCE. Bringing together two of NYC's most vibrant institutions, _StylePointe_ is a platform for emerging FASHION DESIGNERS TO SHOWCASE THEIR DESIGNER COLLECTION COLLABORATING WITH DANCE CHOREOGRAPHERS DURING NEW YORK FASHION WEEK.  Producer Sangeeta Yesley asked fashion designers with complete collections to submit work samples.  Five wonderful collections were chosen from designers of diverse backgrounds.  These designer apparels were introduced to 5 established choreographers, who will create 5 different dance vignettes to showcase the fashion collections.
