WARM AND INVITING SUPPORT GROUP FOR OCD, REPETIVIE OVERTHINKING, PURE O AND OTHER FORMS OF ANXIETY.  SESSIONS ARE HELD ONCE PER MONTH ON A FRIDAY EVENING FROM 6:30 TO 7:45 PM.  YOU CAN PAY AT THE LOCATION BY CASH, CHECK OR CREDIT CARD WITH A $5 FEE.  COST PER GROUP:  $60.00. No commitment required -- generally a diverse and high functioning crowd -- all with various OCD experiences.  You do not have to speak openly in the group if you do not want to.  I present a model that is useful for recovery and talk about an area of OCD/anxiety for approximately 25 minutes.  The meeting then opens for sharing and open discussion. Feel free to come and listen. Some attendees have been in recovery for many years and others are just beginning to understand their journey. I make a point to have the room be warm and supportive for everyone. Location:  41 E. 11th Street , 4th Floor Conference Room in the back. Come join us and allow more Self Leadership in your life.
