Parent&me Yoga Class

Note that these CLASSES ARE INTENTIONALLY NAMED PARENT AND ME YOGA. We create an inclusive setting for fathers too. Though we may speak of postnatal concerns, fathers are joyously welcomed.Male parents are going through similar adjustment concerns. Parent and Me yoga classes offer the new mom/dad the opportunity to get back into your body while creating a deep connection with your child in a fun and accessible way. Previously called “mommy and me yoga”, these classes connect you not only with yourself physically and emotionally, but also with your baby! You are practicing yoga while helping your baby “stretch” by gently holding them in different positions—lifting their arms and legs. Laughter and smiles are a regular occurrence in these classes!
