We play lots of Southern trap music like Future and Yo Gotti for the workout section of the class and underground R&B for stretching. HOW IS THE CLASS STRUCTURED? TrapAerobics is a 45-minute, high-energy dance-based aerobics class, complete with gender-neutral movements, dancing, hi-low aerobics ( no steps), a warm up and cool down. Taught by certified fitness professionals, each class burns 500+ plus calories depending on your fitness level and is carefully crafted to engage all major muscle groups in a safe way. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO TRAPAEROBICS? Please bring water, wear comfortable clothing or whatever makes you feel confident. Sneakers are mandatory for safety reasons.
