The Secret of Life

This workshop is an opportunity for anybody who wants to deepen contact with him or her self. Through deep contact with our body, feelings, emotions and beliefs, we can see, feel and experience our structures as well as old hurts from childhood - simply everything, which negatively affects our lives here and now.

Wilri will guide you through the process of connecting, destroying, healing and creating. In a loving and safe environment, Wilri will help you reclaim your own healing power. Through this powerful and life changing experience, you will release yourself from your past, so that immediate new life is born. By awakening the intelligence of our body we start a natural healing process, which will release old strain and will brings us back to relaxation, liveliness, playfulness and authenticity.

This workshop focuses on the direct experience of our self, in all its aspects. Love and hate, joy and sadness, crying and laughter … every manifestation of life’s dance will be given space to express itself through us, and will be welcomed with respect and love so that it can be healed. The lake will become a river and life will flow again.
