Creating Chicken Riggies and an Antipasto Appetizer (Meal Included)

This cooking class is designed to help you master the technique of making CHICKEN RIGGIES FROM SCRATCH! We will begin with helping you piece together an ANTIPASTO APPETIZER TO SNACK ON WHILE YOU ARE COOKING CHICKEN RIGGIES. Then, you will be CREATING CHICKEN RIGGIES STARTING WITH LEARNING HOW TO MAKE THE DELICIOUS SAUCE. Once your famous Italian dish is finished, it is time to eat! You will be served the very dish you made, while you sit and enjoy your beverages with the company of your family and friends! Did we mention that you will be receiving a complimentary dessert for joining our CHICKEN RIGGIES MEAL CLASS? You read correctly, one free dessert per person. ------------------------- IMPORTANT INFORMATION _IF PLANNING ON SHOPPING, PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY TO DO SO BECAUSE THE STORE MAY BE CLOSED AFTER CLASS. _ * Arrive 15 minutes before class, we begin promptly at set time. * Please contact us about food allergy concerns before signing up for a class. * Reservations for a group or individual are held with payment.  * To book a private group (maximum 12 people) contact Amanda at Vince’s Gourmet Imports. * You must be 21 or older to attend the wine pairing classes. * Cancellations must be made prior to the close of business 2 weeks before the class . * Customers may bring their own beverages to class. A bottle of water is provided.   * Classes last up to 2 hours maximum. * Children must be accompanied by a participating adult. Classes include demonstrations as well as hands-on learning. All classes will be a practical application of what the staff member teaches. For our meal classes you will be able to enjoy the featured dish that you prepared. For the other classes you will leave with your finished product and instructions on how to complete the meal at home. Either way you will always receive a printed recipe to take home with you in addition to a 10% discount on any purchases made in the store on the day of the class. Cooking classes are available for private groups and we can create a special menu just for you. For children, Vince’s Gourmet Imports requires an adult to accompany and participate with them.  ------------------------- CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY * _No refund or exchanges will be given on classes that are cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to a class. Vince’s Gourmet Imports will not refund for no__‐__shows__ (if a guest books a class reservation and does not show).  To cancel a registration booked through the website you will need to log back into the site to request a cancelation. If you have any questions, please call._ * _Any class reservation change must be made 2 weeks prior to the posted beginning of the class; otherwise it is considered a cancellation (see policy above). Vince’s Gourmet Imports will try to accommodate all date change requests without surcharge or penalty to the guest, but if the requested class is already sold out, waiting list status will be offered._ * _Other Considerations: __“Act of God” Cancellations: Vince’s Gourmet Imports will recognize any “Act of God” cancellations, like a snow storm (6” of snow or greater) forecasted within 12 hours, icy roads, fire, etc. In the event of such an occurrence, Vince’s Gourmet Imports will not refund the guest registration but the guest will receive full credit without penalty for a future class.
