Honoring G. Peter Jemison: The Lillian Fairchild Award

Join us in celebrating artist G. PETER JEMISON AS HE RECEIVES THE 2024 LILLIAN FAIRCHILD AWARD FOR HIS OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE ARTS. JEMISON WAS SELECTED FOR THE AWARD’s centennial year by the University of ROCHESTER Department of English in collaboration with the MEMORIAL ART GALLERY. Enjoy a chance to meet the artist at a wine reception, followed by an AWARD PRESENTATION AND A TALK BY JEMISON. His work in MAG’s collection,_ Crow in the Shadow_, will be on view in the museum’s introductory gallery.Registration ends on Sunday, March 23 at 5 pm.
