Professionals who: * Haven’t had to look for a new job recently. * Are not satisfied with the progress of their job search. * Want support in identifying new search strategies, tools and techniques.  Agenda: Day 1:  Defining Strengths Day 2:  Search Strategies Day 3:  Branding and Marketing Day 4:  Communication and Decision Making Day 5:  Goal Setting and Accountability   Please Note: _As one of our two intensive interactive job finding programs, CAREER NAVIGATOR IS OPENED TO ROCHESTERWORKS! members who have not completed the 5 Steps to Rapid Employment Course._ This class is in high-demand and cancelling without sufficient notice often denies someone else a seat, as such, please note the following _CANCELLATION POLICY_: * ATTENDEES WHO CANCEL THEIR REGISTRATION AFTER 8:00 AM ON THE FRIDAY 10-DAYS PRIOR TO THE START OF TRAINING MAY BE CHARGED A $75 CANCELLATION FEE. * IN ADDITION, ATTENDEES WHO CANCEL AFTER THE ABOVE DEADLINE WILL BE WAIT-LISTED FOR ANY FUTURE CLASSES AND WILL ONLY BE GIVEN A SEAT IF ONE BECOMES AVAILABLE DUE TO A CANCELLATION.
