Vision Board Workshop

Intentionally guide your future! Vision boards are a way to set intentions for your future and create a visual representation of your hopes, dreams, and life ambitions. Setting goals and day dreaming about what we want out of our future is the first step. Join us for an afternoon of intentional exploration of your desires and an opportunity to create a vision for your future. This workshop will include: Guided intention setting. Designing several pieces of art to represent these intentions. Specific suggestions. About your host: Grace is a young entrepreneur in the Rochester community seeking to help others find their way through life with support, education, and creativity. Grace graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a BFA and MS in Creative Arts Therapy from Nazareth College. She is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist in NYS and most enjoys facilitating educational and creative workshops. She has worked with families, veterans, the developmentally different, incarcerated populations, and primarily focuses on trauma healing in her therapy practice. She enjoys nature, dogs, and creating artwork!
