57th Annual Corn Hill Arts Festival! Join us! The Corn Hill Neighbors Association Board of Directors is pleased to announce that this year's Corn Hill Arts Festival. This two-day Festival has become a fabric of the Rochester community over the years. The Festival, which takes place over nine streets, will showcase hundreds of artists from across the country, as well as talented musicians from near and far. Pet Care During the Festival We understand many Corn Hill residents own pets that may require them to go outside during the festival hours.
