Tickets can be purchased at the door or by phone (585) 820-0588 for $20. Food will be provided with a cash bar. Come listen to live entertainment by "Jumbo Shrimp" with raffles and a silent auction. Rochester Police Locust Club President Michael Mazzeo stated, “We are grateful for all of the community and business support of the Ortiz family. Manny was a staple in our community and we hope we can drive a lot of people out to celebrate a great man and enjoy great music, food, friends, and fun.” ABOUT THE ROCHESTER POLICE LOCUST CLUB The Rochester Police Locust Club is a union that represents 740 law enforcement officers who work for the City of Rochester. The organization is dedicated to protecting the rights and working conditions of police officers, and to continually improving law enforcement efforts to protect and serve the citizens of Rochester.
