C3C Thacher Park North Section After Work Beginner Hike

We will hike a 3-4 mile loop along the Fred Schroeder and Long Path trails from the Carrick Rd trailhead at the NORTH END OF THE PARK. We will stop along the way at one of the lookouts to check out the panaramic views. Plan to be out in the woods 2-2.5 hours. There are a few short hills and areas of uneven terrain but overall not a lot of elevation change. Although this is a BEGINNER HIKE YOU SHOULD BE DOING REGULAR AEROBIC EXERCISE TO PARTICIPATE. Dress for the weather and wear hiking boots. Bring water/snacks. No dogs please. Meet at Carrick Rd trailhead 5:30PM. Forecast of rain postpones the outing. Everyone participating should be aware of Hiking Mates Policies (See Pages Tab). My cell[masked] if needed. This will be to a different lookout than the last hike.
