Immerse yourself in our weekend autumn retreat at Stony Point Center.
The 26 plus acre grounds rest in the scenic lower Hudson River Valley,
northwest of Manhattan an hour's drive. Stony Point receives guests
locally and globally, with excellent transportation access from all
regional terminals.
Fortify your insight and physicality with your Embodied Guide, Inoshi,
who'll facilitate in the gentle physical culture of alignment,
meditation and movement, and assist to better enable your individual
expression. All people welcome, of any experience level and social

Our two days together begin the late afternoon of Friday, Oct 12 and
conclude Sunday Oct 14 after lunch. Friday arrivals around 4:00p
(dinner at 6:00). Leisurely departures Sunday after luch at 12:00 (by
3:00). The Zen of Insight weekend includes movement sessions, genuine
conversation, periods of fertile silence and free time:
1) sitting and walking meditation instruction and practice (Zen)
2) movement exercise rooted in Taiji (Tai Chi) and Qigong
3) explanations of insight and an insight talk and
4) 3 brief one-by-one meetings with teacher (optional, one brief each
day).

TUITION INFO
Tuition includes double occupancy lodging and meals (your dietary
preference will be met), and is fully refundable (at this stage). If
we have your billing info on file you may simply message us (which
payment you'd like to process).
