*Beginner class for children who have taken less than 3 consecutive
sessions at our facility* These classes are for students who love
gymnastics and want to continue to develop their skills in a
non-competitive environment. In this age range, coaches are able to
give complex instructions while layering in varying levels of
difficulty allowing the individual needs and abilities of each student
to be met. Skills will vary from bridge kickovers, cartwheels,
handstands, and dance skills, to back hip circles, one handed
cartwheels, leaps, advanced vaulting, and advanced beam technique.
With an emphasis on form and technique, a deep love of gymnastics is
fostered whether it's your first time in our gym or you're an Industry
Gymnastics veteran.
