Cubs (3yrs) MON 2:45 Coach Moses - Long Island City, NY 2025

Get ready for your big SOLO! By that we mean our Cubs 3-year-old classes are “grown-up free” (so you finally get that much deserved coffee break). Is this your child’s first time in a class without you? No problem! Our coaches are pros at making your cub feel comfortable, safe, and engaged as they learn how to take a class by themselves. These 45-minute structured classes will boost their confidence and increase their attention span! We focus very heavily on independence and encouraging your child to complete the circuit on their own, (even if it isn’t perfect). But don’t worry, the coach will be there to facilitate more challenging skills and make sure everyone is still having fun as they learn. Teamwork, following directions, and problem solving are just a few of the muscles (besides their actual muscles) your cub will workout in these classes. *THIS CLASS IS OUR FIRST SEPARATION CLASS. Children enter the facility/gym without their grownup.*
