Noname is a poet as well as a rapper which is showcased through her witty and storytelling lyrics over jazz infused beats. She started to become noted in the industry after featuring on Chance the Rapper's Coloring Book before launching her own career. The breakout Chicago rapper first reached solo success when she released her 'Telefone' mix tape in 2016 and 2018's insightful and personal album, 'Room 25'. However, It was her 2023 album 'Sundial' that got the attention of critics and fans alike, and cemented her as one of hip-hops most insightful lyricists.
