Upstate for some laps around the TRACK! Feel free to do your own thing
and give high-fives as you run by or follow the WORKOUT OF THE NIGHT
(including the high-fives)!Workouts change each week. Some examples of

1. 100m or 400m or 800m repeats
2. Ascending and descending ladders
3. Pyramids
4. Special Ks
5. Relays
6. Deck of Cards
