Intro to Judaism

Whether you are looking to deepen your understanding of JUDAISM, are considering conversion, or are sparked by curiosity to explore this rich tradition, this class is for you. Together we will discuss the fundamental concepts of JUDAISM, explore theology and prayer, cultivate meaningful personal practices, and build relationships with one another. When the course is completed, you will feel empowered to pursue a Jewish life rich with meaning and supported by a cohort of like-minded individuals. No prior knowledge or experience is necessary.This class, taught by Rabbinic Fellow Joe Blumberg, will meet in person weekly on Tuesday evenings and will be supplemented by occasional Shabbat and holiday experiences. You will receive a complete syllabus with dates and topics when the course begins.
