Hey if your new to hand CYCLING AND WANT TO COME GIVE IT A TRY. We
have 10 different hand cycles that you can come out and give them a
try this Saturday, May 12 rain or shine in WATERTOWN NY. We will be
hosting this event in the main gym at JEFFERSON COMMUNITY COLLEGE from
1-4 pm. Everyone is welcome to come out and give it a try. Questions
