Singing Bowls

SINGING BOWLS With Bill Leslie Monday, October 15th, 6 to 7:00pm Meditation allows the mind to let go of the past and put aside expectations for the future. The sound of SINGING BOWLS HELPS CREATE THAT PAUSE. Participants in this meditation session are encouraged to bring a cushion or yoga mat to sit on. A limited number of chairs will be available. Please arrive on time for meditation at 6pm. This class takes place on the third Monday of each month. COMMUNITY ROOM
