Prenatal yoga is an excellent exercise to keep ourselves healthy and
moving during pregnancy - it’s also very beneficial for our upcoming
labor of love. Let us practice together with our community of mamas,
as we meet on the mat to celebrate the wonder and ability of our
bodies blossoming into motherhood! No prior experience necessary -
open to all levels at any point during pregnancy. Please bring a mat
and water with you andwear comfortable clothing.
