TheatreMcLean Trip to New York City Feb. 23-25

Thank you for your interest in TheatreMcLean's trip to New York City on Feb. 23-25, 2018. Class of 2018 priority access to obtain a ticket is valid Wed. Oct. 4 from 9pm-9:30pm with code provided to students by Mr. Reid. Only seniors may use the special access code. General access begins at 9:30pm for McLean HS sophomores, juniors, and seniors.  This Eventbrite event is limited to fifty "First 50" tickets. A waitlist will open after the First 50 tickets are claimed. Although there is no charge for the ticket itself, only those who obtain one of the First 50 tickets during the designated time window will be eligible to pay for a spot on the trip.  To be eligible to participate in the trip, you must be a McLean HS theatre or theatre tech student in grades 10-12, and you MUST include a copy of "The First 50" Eventbrite ticket voucher when submitting your first trip payment to Mr. Reid on Oct. 5, 2017.  The total cost of $675 shall be paid either on Oct. 5 or on the following installment schedule: $100 due Oct. 5 with eventbrite ticket; $300 due Nov. 15; $275 due Dec. 15. Please make checks payable to "MHS Theatre Boosters." Our plans for the trip include three Broadway musicals, two workshops, two dinners, two nights quad lodging at a hotel in Times Square, and round trip bus transportation with chaperones.  Thank you!
