Aromatherapy & Meditation Discussion
Join Kristen Cooper & Chelsea Gill of 716 Health for a night of
healing. Kristen will begin the night with a full body guided
meditation to promote balance and release stress, toxins, and limiting
thoughts. Meditation has been researched and proven to ease
depression, improve mental functioning, and reduce stress and anxiety.
It also reduces what Quantum Toxins -- thought patterns or attachments
to negative feelings that actually influence our physical chemistry.
Ylang Ylang, Orange, Tangerine, Patchouli, and Blue Tansy have
sedative and calming properties and will be diffused. After the
meditation, the class will learn the benefits of aromatherapy. Each
guest will receive a guide to safe essential oil use, be able to
smell, touch, and ingest oil, and knowledge on:• What is an
Essential Oil and how are they created• What properties should you
look for when choosing oil companies• The science behind
montoterpenes, sequesterpenes, and phenylpropanoids• 3 ways to use
oils every day• Review 11 everyday oils and their uses
This class is designed to be educational and promote wellness and
healthy habits. Please be on time as the meditation will start
promptly and late arrivers disrupt the flow of the class.
