Summer Solstice Event at Athleta Woodbury

Come celebrate the first day of Summer, the longest day of the year, and International Day of Yoga in-store at Athleta Woodbury! THURSDAY, JUNE 21ST 9AM YOGA WITH LAUREN REEK  Ashtanga Vinyasa based yoga class. In this class we will break down and refine Surya Namaskara (Sun Salutations) to honor the qualities of the sun and those same qualities within yourself.  We will also explore some different variations, to find the one that suits you best. Stretch your body, the same way the hours of sunlight are stretching, and find a balance of effort and ease. Accessible to all levels from beginner to advanced, there is always something new to learn. 2PM-6PM WITH ORGANIC KRUSH Happy Summer Solstice, may the long time sun shine upon you!
