Caring for others is the most natural part of our life. Maybe you are
a health care professional, an educator, a parent, or a manager. Often
the people we know and love, need special help due to the challenges
they face in life. Though we start with a good intention sometimes the
difficulties we encounter while helping others can lead to feelings of
frustration, discouragement, disappointment, or burnt out. In this
half-day course we will look at ‘how to care for the caregiver’ so
we can avoid these pitfalls and instead keep connected to our good
heart. This course will include talks, guided meditations and time for
discussion. Refreshments will be served during the break. Everyone
