HEART OF THE MATTER MEDITATION 7:30-9:00 PM EDT _ATTEND LOCALLY OR VIA STREAMING IF YOUR ARE IN ANOTHER CITY._ We invite you to experience a powerful MEDITATION PRACTICE FOR THIS AGE THAT WILL HELP YOU OPEN YOUR HEART, deepen your connection, calm your being, and think more clearly. These evenings are for all levels of meditators from beginners to the very experienced. They begin with 20 minute conference call followed by a 60 minute guided meditation which uses various forms of music to assist your journey within. Suggested Donation: $10 (FIRST-TIME GUESTS ATTEND FREE) Open to everyone 18 yrs. old and over. Dress comfortably and bring pen and paper.
