Missing that motivation?? Come join one of our small group OUTDOOR
WORKOUTS! This will be run outside so that we can maintain proper
social distancing. It will not be boxing like or Zoom classes but more
focused on strength and condition using functional movements. We ask
that everyone come to the club with a mask on and keep it on until we
get you to your assigned space. We don't need you to bring any
equipment unless you have a jump rope.
Please arrive 10-15mins before class starts. This is a reservation
based class so you cannot bring any friends, workout partners, or kids
with you-- only those who have paid for class.
