Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

You must be 21 to enter after 9pm with valid identification. No exceptions.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes.

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final.

What is the dresscode?

StrikeCity enforces the EpiCentre's dress code and guidelines for the entire duration of the event. 

"The following is not permitted: backpacks, work boots, profanity on clothing, bandanas, or sleeveless shirts on men. No excessively large, torn, baggy, or sagging clothing.  Tuck-ins are not permitted.  No athletic wear including shorts, jerseys and sweats. No undershirts. No headgear. Baseball caps and stylish hats are the only expections. StrikeCity reserves the right to change these at anytime. Refunds will not be given to guests who fail to meet dresscode."

• Anyone under the age of 21 or anyone that cannot provide a legal form of identification will be denied entry without a refund. Active military ID's, passport and out of state driver's license accepted.

• StrikeCity will not assume any responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left in Strike City prior to, during, or following the event including gifts, clothing, etc.

• Patron agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and hold harmless StrikeCity and his agents, employees, against all claims, losses or damages to persons or property, government charges or fines, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising or connected with the event, including, but not limited to, the installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy, or use of the premises, or part thereof, by Patron or any guests, invitee or agent of Patron, or any independent contractor hired by Patron, except those claims arising out of the sole negligence or willful misconduct of  StrikeCity.
