LOTUS LIVING ARTS STUDIO is the newest location for CURVY YOGA AND CLASSES AT THIS STUDIO WILL ALWAYS BE $5 no matter what (donations welcome).This will be an all levels class that will focus on stretching and strengthening all the muscles of the body using gentle and therapeutic techniques and modifications specially designed for our bodies. The pace is slow to allow for safety in transitions as well as deep relaxing breathing.
