ENCOUNTERS WITH CREATIVES – GEOFF BARBEY, ORIGINAL OIL ARTIST

(FREE) Meet and watch original oil artist Geoff Barbey as he demonstrates his talents.

After a 25-year career in advertising and marketing, Geoff felt the pull back to the canvas, rediscovering a love that emerged as a child touring museums in New York City with his grandmother. He was particularly drawn to the Impressionist paintings and completely captivated by landscape artists like George Inness, John Singer Sargent, and all the Hudson River School painters. The way they captured the beauty of nature and the interplay of light and shadow left a lasting impression on me. Today, his paintings are part of many private collections, serving as a testament to the enduring power of his vision and commitment to the art of painting.
