This group welcomes all runners of different paces,So if you've ever felt a little intimidated of running this is the place for you. We run and walk So what is this group all about? We are flexible -- if you want to walk or run whether it’s slow or fast, short or long, you can! Bring your kids and dogs to help you run or walk. Weekly runs that are organized by our team Members and Beer and Fun is always included
