Let's focus on those knife skills and some delicious ways to use them!
Participants will learn basic cuts including dices, julienne, mince,
chiffonade, batonnet, plus the proper way to cut onions, garlic,
peppers, potatoes, pineapple, avocado, tomatoes, and herbs. We will
also discuss the different types of knives and sharpening. Bringing
your own knives is optional, but encouraged. We will prepare: Fiesta
Salad with Citrus Vinaigrette Potato Jumble with Dijon & Rosemary
Pineapple Salsa
