Thank you for your willingness to volunteer with CHILDFUND! You have a chance to help a Child, enjoy a fun night of music, and spend some time with your friends! Please join US in making this evening a success. FAQS Q: WHERE CAN I CONTACT THE ORGANIZER WITH ANY QUESTIONS? A: Please email: michelle@millenniumtourvolunteers.com or give us a call at the office: 615-492-1010   Q: WILL WE GET A FREE TICKET INTO THE CONCERT? A: When you sign up to volunteer you will NOT recieve a ticket (seat) into the concert but will gain free access into the event to help volunteer. We will let you take shifts to go in a watch, but cannot promise a seat. You may end up standing in the back. Please note, you will stay busy! It is our best intention to let you see some of the show and we will try our best to allow you time for a break. So plan on working the begining, intermission, and end of the concert.    Q: HOW IMPORTANT IS IT THAT I ARRIVE AT TRAINING TIME? A: Very important! We will be checking in volunteers promptly at 6:30PM for mandatory training. If you arrive more than 30 minutes past your call time, we cannot guarantee entrance into the event. Once the doors for volunteers close, there is a possibility that you will be asked to purchase a ticket in order to enter the venue. Please allow time for traffic, finding parking and getting to the entrance to avoid being turned away. Q: HOW LATE WILL I NEED TO STAY? A: We will need you to stay until approximately 30 minutes after the concert finishes, this may be as late as 11PM. So be prepared to stay and help load out.    Q: IS THERE SPECIFIC VOLUNTEER PARKING AT EACH EVENT? A: Unfortunately no. We will try our best to get you as much information on the local parking spots and cost (if any) so you have some direction. But please keep in mind, parking (unless communicated otherwise via text or email) will be on your own. Please leave ample time to find parking and get to the volunteer entrance.   Q: HOW WILL I KNOW WHERE TO GO? OR WHO IS MY CONTACT?  A: Once you sign up, we will be sending you a couple confirmation emails with all the information you need.
