You are receiving this communication because your NCI+ expires in the month of APRIL.  This is a live CLASS YOU MUST ATTEND AT THE AGENCY OR YOU WILL BE AT RISK FOR BEING REMOVED FROM YOUR SHIFT(s) beginning May 1 until this training is completed.Annually you must renew your NCI Plus certification.  The certification is a one hour course.  If you require Defensive and Restrictive certification as well, these are often offered after the Transition/Recertification Class.  Please be sure to sign up for certifications offered on the same day if possible.
