Easter Sunday Worship

This Easter, we invite you to come and worship with us, to celebrate the glorious truth that Jesus Christ lives! Easter is a sacred and joyful time when we turn our hearts to the living Son of God, who broke the bands of death and rose triumphantly from the tomb. When I was a freshman, a teacher was asked if Mormons are Christians. Unsure, she said no because we don't worship the cross. A classmate stood and said, "We are Christians. We worship Christ, and focus on His Resurrection — because we know He lives." That simple moment in a classroom has stayed with me ever since. We are Christians. As members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, we focus not only on Christ’s death but on His victory over it. We worship the living Savior who rose from the tomb and lives today. The Bible proclaims, "He is not here: for he is risen, as he said." (Mathew 28:6) Because Christ lives, we can find peace, joy, and eternal life. Whether you have worshiped with us before or are coming for the first time, you are welcomed. Come and feel the hope, light, and love of the risen Lord.
