Hank Shaw Book Tour Dinner

Our friend, Hank Shaw, is coming back to Luna for an exclusive opportunity to meet, greet, and discuss his new book “Borderlands”.

Tickets will be $85 per person plus tax & tip. Your ticket includes a personalized signed copy of Borderlands, and a collaborative 6 course dinner inspired by recipes from the book by James Beard Winner Hank Shaw, and our very own James Beard nominated Chef/Owner Ryan Nitschke.

Optional cocktail pairings inspired by the book will be available to add on for $35.

German Sausage Empanada with lime + veggie slaw

Parisa with cumin, lime, onion, ritz crackers

Salsa Negra Whitefish with strawberry + rhubarb salsa fresca, fresh herbs

Gaoneros with ribeye cap steak, bone marrow, Hank’s onions, cabbage, horseradish crema

Green Chili Masa Spaeztle Mac with new school american cheese and crispy chicken chicharonnes

Pine Nut Flan with krumkake ‘tostada’, cinnamon + sugar, honey
