Class participants will learn how to perform Core Compressions™, the
effective exercise featured in NPR as proven to resolve diastasis
recti (sometimes referred to as “mummy tummy”). In addition, I
will incorporate a demonstration of safe versus unsafe movements and
exercises that induce and exacerbate current diastasis recti
conditions. 1:1 diastasis checks and provide information on the next
step to take for resolution.
