Additionally, our Social Committee in collaboration with volunteers from the ICGC Youth having been busy this weekend putting together Ramadan Welcome packages that will be distributed on the first day of Ramadan this Tuesday from 5 to 7PM. You do not want to miss out on these. The Social Committee will also hold a couple of boxed iftars during this Ramadan.

Furthermore, there is no age restriction on attending taraweeh at ICGC. Therefore, the entire family is welcome to attend taraweeh. Nonetheless, we kindly ask that parents keep their little ones close to them at all times for safety reasons. We also encourage parents to teach their children proper masjid etiquette inshaAllah.

That being said, it is worth reminding ourselves that we are still living with the COVID pandemic. Thus, the following guidelines are still in effect. We kindly ask all attendees observe them religiously to help protect the ICGC community and beyond.

All attendees must wear masks at all times.Individuals at high-risk of death should they get infected with COVID-19 and are not vaccinated should refrain from coming to the masjid at this time for their own safety.

Those who are sick (have fever, cough, runny nose, diarrhea, etc.) are asked to stay away for everyone’s safety.

All attendees must bring their own prayer rug to use in the Mussalla and take it with them whenever they leave (please don’t leave it in Masjid)

All attendees must bring their own shoe bag (leak proof bag/string bag) in which to keep their shoes, and shoes must be kept close by the attendee in the Mussalla. (Please do not use the shoe areas at this time.

We kindly ask those who cannot abide by these rules and regulations (irrespective of age) to stay home.

We urge everyone to avoid congregating, especially around the water dispensers.

We encourage everyone to bring their water mugs/jugs/bottles to use at the touchless COVID-Safe filling stations.

For safety: there will be no snack tent, suhoor tent, open food on campus

We are very excited and looking forward to having all at ICGC for a memorable and blessed Ramadan! May Allah accept our fasting and du’a and extend His forgiveness and mercy to us!Jazakum Allah Khairan & Ramadan Mubarak! The ICGC Leadership
