Description Coach Craig Richardson is bringing his years of experience
coaching young athletes to the youth of the area looking to take their
athletic performance to the next level. Speed and agility training
will help individuals improve athletic performance and fitness through
the development of strength, speed, agility, endurance, flexibility,
balance, coordination, and confidence. Athletes will be encouraged to
train at a level that is equal to their game intensity to help
maximize their performance and to minimize injury. Ultimately, the
athletes will learn Success through hard work, dedication, effort,
attitude and motivation. Classes will begin 5/5 and run every Monday
and Wednesday, the group will meet from 6-7pm at the Berea Recreation
Center for a total of 6 sessions. Participation Fee is $50 Instructor
