Seasoned healthcare administrators from Cincinnati share key pearls of wisdom garnered from their career journey as minority healthcare professionals. Areas of discussion include, but are not limited to; "If I knew then, what I know now", "Flexibility for unplanned opportunities", and "Career vs Life Goals."
You will also have the opportunity to connect with human resource professionals, as well as learn about professional development opportunities with the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE) and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), hosted by Cincinnati Children's.
